Kaelyn joins GGM Financial as a Client Service Associate, bringing a strong background in client-facing financial services and operations. She was previously at PNC Bank, where she managed high volumes of client inquiries, maintained strict accuracy in financial transactions, and consistently delivered five-star service with a 100% problem resolution rate based on client surveys.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina, she held roles in sales, business development, and hospitality, where she built client and vendor relationships, prepared reports and presentations, and supported operational efficiency.
In her spare time Kaelyn enjoys reading, baking, spending time with her two cats, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks football team.
