Brady Green is an advisor and the chief investment officer for Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC. Brady’s background includes 10 years with JPMorgan Asset Management, where he consulted with financial advisors around Ohio on investments and shared the economic views of JPMorgan.
Brady is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) certification and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®.
Before entering the financial services industry, Brady attended Otterbein University and played on the golf team while obtaining degrees in both economics and psychology. He and his wife, Emily, live in Delaware, Ohio, with their two children, Molly and Myles. Brady enjoys golf and outdoor activities with his family. They spend vacation time in Hilton Head once a year, so don’t be afraid to ask him about his favorite beverage at the Frosty Frog or his favorite restaurant, The Crazy Crab.

Gwen Gloeckner, founder of Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC has been assisting families and individuals in the area of wealth accumulation, wealth management, income distribution, and protection plans for more than 25 years. As the self-appointed Ambassador to Florida, Gwen has eased her way into retirement! She loves being near the water and spending time with friends and her daughter, Lindsey. She, too, has a bucket list to accomplish during her life.

Matthew Collins is a financial advisor for Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC. Matt's background includes 9 years of experience as a financial advisor helping clients plan for their retirement and everyday challenges in the areas of wealth management, asset accumulation, income planning, and asset protection.
Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. He also holds Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation through the American College and Certified Long Term Care® (CLTC®) designation. He hold his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65 securities registrations in Ohio and Florida with Commonwealth Financial Network®. Matt also has his Health, Life and Annuities license through the state of Ohio.
Matt attended Otterbein University where he obtained a business degree with a concentration in finance. Prior to entering the financial industry, Matt played varsity golf at Otterbein University then professional golf on the mini tours from 2007-2010. He and his wife, Sara Beth, live in Powell with their daughter, Ava. Matt still enjoys being on the golf course and spending time with family and friends.

John officially joined the team in February of 2017. John comes to us after spending 23 years with JPMorgan Asset Management. He served in many different positions, including equity/fixed income trader. For the past 10 years, John consulted with financial advisors across Indiana on investments and shared the economic view of JPMorgan. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. John also holds his Health, Life, and Annuities insurance license through the State of Ohio.
John has a degree in finance from Otterbein University. He and his wife, Betsy, live in downtown Columbus and have two kids, Taylor and Cole. In his free time, John enjoys barbecuing, yoga, and family vacations.
Investment Research Analyst
Karen Bauman is an investment research analyst for Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC. Her background includes 7 years with JPMorgan Asset Management in New York and Columbus, where she consulted with national and regional financial services firms on investments and asset allocation. Karen earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) ® designation in 2014.
Before entering the industry, Karen graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting. While completing her coursework, Karen led a student-run investment group managing a portfolio of stocks for the school’s endowment fund. It was during this time she uncovered her passion for the markets and investing.
She and her husband, Chris, live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with their two young sons. Outside of work, Karen enjoys playing tennis, reading, and going on family adventures. Her family’s favorite vacation spot is on the beach in Siesta Key.

Mikhail Poltyrev is a financial advisor for Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC. Mikhail’s background includes 7 years of experience as a financial advisor helping clients pursue their financial goals by focusing on retirement planning and asset protection. He also spent 6 years with JPMorgan Chase supporting Fiduciary business.
Mikhail holds Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations through the American College. He holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 Securities registrations with Commonwealth Financial Network®. Mikhail also holds his Health, Life, and Annuities insurance license through the State of Ohio.
Before entering the financial services industry, Mikhail attended Franklin University where he obtained a degree in Financial Planning. He and his wife, Brittany, live in Canal Winchester, Ohio, with their young son, Isaac. He and his family enjoy traveling, camping, boating, fishing and spending time with their two four-legged friends.
Office & Client Administrator
Jenny joined the group in 2012 as a Marketing Specialist but quickly transitioned to Office Manager. Today, as our Office & Client Administrator, she oversees our day-to-day activities.
Jenny graduated from Albion College with a double major in Visual Art and French, has a graduate degree in Residential Planning and is a licensed Realtor. Jenny lives in Worthington with her husband, Dave, their three kids, Adam, Megan and Will and their two labradors Charlie and Cody. In her free time she can be found building something, fixing something or painting something. She enjoys being active, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Paraplanner
Ben is a paraplanner for Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC. He joined the team in June of 2021 and will be working from both our Columbus and Xenia, Ohio offices. He is hands on with all day-to-day tasks and customer service. Before joining the team Ben graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio where he played soccer and graduated with a degree in Finance Economics. During his free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Client Concierge
Bev began working as an Office Manager in 2010 and transitioned to GGM in October 2019. Bev will be working from our Xenia, Ohio office. She is hands on with all day-to-day tasks and customer service and in the role of Client Concierge, Bev will be communicating with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on client activities. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
